Return & refund policy

If there is a problem with your product you can exchange it or get a refund.

When: the wrong product, size or colour arrived, or the product is damaged or defective. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with the product unused and in its packaging.

Not returnable: used products or products damaged by the buyer.

Refund: online payments are refunded to the same method; cash on delivery orders are refunded by mobile banking, within 5-7 working days after we receive the product.
