Orders: an order is confirmed when we accept it by phone or message. Prices and stock may change; if a price is shown by mistake we will tell you before sending the order.

Payment: you can pay cash on delivery or online where it is offered.

Delivery: we send orders as fast as possible. The courier may sometimes take a little longer.
